and Conditions

Welcome to 19phtaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "You") and 19phtaya ("Platform," "We," "Us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through 19phtaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to use the 19phtaya platform in any capacity.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place bets on 19phtaya.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 19phtaya or any affiliated gaming authority.
• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written approval from 19phtaya's compliance team.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

19phtaya reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 19phtaya. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number
• A valid email address that you actively monitor
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 19phtaya username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. 19phtaya will never request your password through email, chat, or any other channel. Any bet placed using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was placed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 19phtaya support immediately at support@19phtaya.net.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, 19phtaya may require members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to: first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts not completing verification within the stipulated period may have transaction limits applied.

19phtaya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Accepted payment methods may change over time and the current list is always displayed on the Deposit page within your 19phtaya account.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in the deposit interface; limits may vary by payment method
• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 19phtaya does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes.
• 19phtaya is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals at 19phtaya are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid cards), 19phtaya will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay clear in 15–30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.
• 19phtaya reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding threshold limits.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal before bonus conditions are met.
• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience short delays.
• 19phtaya does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Charges from the receiving bank or e-wallet are the member's responsibility.

19phtaya offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the respective promotion page at the time of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all 19phtaya bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued to the bonus wallet, separate from the real-money wallet. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All 19phtaya bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is always stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Each promotion is limited to one participation per member, household, device, IP address, and payment account.
• 19phtaya reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, adjust its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected misuse.
• Placing low-risk, opposite-side bets (known as "hedge betting" or "arbing") to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk will result in bonus cancellation.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New 19phtaya members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the registration confirmation page. To receive the bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit amount stated in the promotion must be reached in a single transaction. Welcome bonuses are not available to members who have previously held an account on 19phtaya under any name, device, or payment method.

All bets placed on 19phtaya are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport category. The following general rules apply platform-wide.

6.1 Bet Placement and Settlement

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation number and the stake is deducted from your wallet. Bets pending confirmation are not considered placed.
• Odds quoted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• 19phtaya reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical glitches or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• Settlement of sporting events follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, FIFA, NBA). In the event of a dispute, 19phtaya's decision is final.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned per the rules of the relevant sport category.

6.2 Maximum Payouts

19phtaya applies maximum payout limits per bet slip as displayed in the bet slip interface at the time of placement. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type. Any winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap for a single bet will be paid up to the applicable cap only.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets
• Exploiting platform errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, insider information use, or any form of collusion
• Any form of money laundering through betting activity
• Charging back deposits to a financial institution after withdrawing winnings

19phtaya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all members. We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all 19phtaya account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 19phtaya account
• Loss limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specific period
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous platform use
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 90 days)
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to re-register for a minimum of 6 months

To activate any of these tools, go to your Account Settings or contact 19phtaya customer support at support@19phtaya.net. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the stated period. 19phtaya will not send marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

19phtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes
• Suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Use of a VPN or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Suspected money laundering or violation of Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against 19phtaya

In cases where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or misuse, 19phtaya may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, those funds may be permanently forfeited. 19phtaya will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.

19phtaya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on 19phtaya, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use your data to: process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19phtaya and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from betting activity on the platform
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical errors
• Delays in settlement or payment caused by third-party payment processors
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss not reasonably foreseeable at the time of your agreement to these Terms

19phtaya makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or viruses. You are responsible for using appropriate security software on your own devices when accessing 19phtaya.

19phtaya may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 19phtaya platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions about their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be addressed by submitting a written complaint to 19phtaya's customer support team at support@19phtaya.net.

19phtaya will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) calendar days of initial submission, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
